These Terms of Service govern your use of My Within, operated by Inside Out Harmony e.U., Außerlitzstraße 10a, 6780 Schruns, Austria. VAT ATU82926238 · FN 668345 k · Landesgericht Feldkirch.
1. The service
My Within is a wellbeing app offering breathwork, journaling, AI-guided reflection (EVA/WEVA), and access to independent coaches. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. By registering you confirm this.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
4. Credits, subscriptions & payments
Credits are a prepaid virtual currency used to unlock content and WEVA reports (a single WEVA report costs 15 credits). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Web payments are processed by Stripe; in-app purchases are processed by Apple/Google. Prices include applicable VAT.
5. Coach content & payouts
Coaches are independent providers, not employees of Inside Out Harmony e.U. Coaches set their own prices for paid content. The platform retains a commission (15% for Pro coaches, 30% for free-tier coaches). Coach earnings are held for 14 days before becoming payable to protect against refunds and chargebacks.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual property
My Within and its branding are owned by Inside Out Harmony e.U. Coaches retain rights to their content and grant us a licence to host and display it.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may be inaccurate and are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or psychological concerns. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Austrian law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or where the law does not permit limitation.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN CISG. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
